New gear. YouTube tutorials. A consultant for a weekend. And somehow, every Sunday still feels like a gamble.
The gear isn’t the problem.
Most churches are solving at the wrong stage. You’ve been treating a foundation problem with finishing tools – and no amount of new equipment can fix that.
Your volunteers aren’t the problem.
They’re showing up every week with real commitment and no real system. The gap isn’t talent. It’s what they’ve been given to work with.
Your livestream audience isn’t secondary.
Every week, people who may never walk through your doors are experiencing your church through that stream. What they hear shapes whether they come back.
“The problem isn’t where you think it is. And once you see it, it’s a lot more fixable than you’ve been told.”
– CJ Roy, Co-founder, Clear Tone Collective
THIS ISN’T FOR YOU IF
If that’s where you are right now- that’s okay. Book a call or text us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
The Broadcast Bootcamp isn’t a course you watch and forget. It’s a live, hands-on cohort where your team learns by doing — on your gear, in your room, for your church.
Week 1 — Build the foundation everything else depends on
Day 1: Building your broadcast command center
Day 2: Capturing your first Sunday benchmark
Week 2 — Understand the tools that shape every sound you hear
Day 1: Taming the peaks and protecting the mix
Day 2: Sculpting sound, not just cutting frequencies
Week 3 — Go deeper and take real control of your mix
Day 1: Advanced control without losing the feel
Day 2: Processing smarter, not harder
Week 4 — Dial in the sounds that make or break a Sunday
Day 1: Making every word land clearly
Day 2: Dialing in the drums that drive the room
Week 5 — Put it all together into a mix that actually works
Day 1: Bringing the whole band into balance
Day 2: The final pass — polish without overthinking it
Week 6 — Finally understand what mastering is, and where it actually fits
Day 1: What mastering actually is (and isn’t)
Day 2: Building the system your whole team can run
We build teams, not dependency.
A few years into my audio career I got handed something I’d never had before — raw multitrack files from a professional touring act. I was working for a production company filming a live show, and my job was to mix the audio for the final video release.
Real band. Real performance. Real pressure.
I loaded the session into my DAW and almost did what I always did — pull up the templates, load the plugins, get to work. Instead, I did something I had never done before — I just hit play and listened.
What I heard stopped me cold. It already sounded good. Before any EQ. Before any compression. Before anything I would have called “mixing.”
That was the moment everything shifted. I realized I had spent years trying to use finishing tools to solve a foundation problem. Every technique I’d learned wasn’t wrong — it just couldn’t work on a foundation that wasn’t there yet.
At Clear Tone Co., that’s what we see in every church we work with. The talent is there. The commitment is there. The gap is never the people — it’s that nobody ever showed them where the foundation actually gets built. That’s what the Broadcast Bootcamp fixes.

SIX WEEKS FROM NOW
Sunday looks different.
Your team walks in knowing exactly what to do. Not guessing. Not hoping the mix cooperates. Not watching the comments section with one eye while they run the board.
The stream goes live and it sounds like it was made to be heard. Because it was.
Your pastor isn’t asking questions after service. Your worship leader isn’t apologizing for the mix. And you — for the first time in a long time — actually exhale on a Sunday morning.
That’s not a fantasy. That’s what happens when a team stops fighting their system and starts owning it.
“We struggled with our online mix for years. The difference since working with Clear Tone is night and day — our online sound went from something we were embarrassed by to something we’re proud of. We’ve even had people visit our church after watching online. Highly recommend.”

“Their approach felt professional, practical, and focused on long-term success rather than a quick fix. What sets them apart is that they don’t just improve your system — they help you learn how to run it and understand what you’re doing. Extremely knowledgeable, and a great team to call if you want better broadcast audio with people who genuinely care.”
