We're a collective of audio professionals who grew up in the church and served in it. Broadcast is where our services focus today, and the heart behind all of it is sound that connects people instead of distracting them.
At Clear Tone Collective, we help churches get their audio right. Not because sound is the point, but because poor audio pulls people out of the moment. Good audio removes the distraction, brings clarity to what's being said, and connects people to what's happening in the room. Our team of professional engineers partners with you to raise the standard of your sound, whether we're mixing your services remotely or training your team to take the lead. Broadcast is where our services focus today, and the work is the same either way: fix it at the source.
We believe every church should have access to great audio, no matter their size, budget, or experience level. Our mission is to make excellent sound not just available, but achievable. So we don't just mix services. We set churches up for long-term success by training and equipping their teams to confidently own their sound for the future.
The people your team will actually work with.

Alex is the brain behind our backend, building systems that scale and training teams to make the most of them. He's the guy who makes your complicated setup feel simple and your tech stack feel like magic. Also, his mixes slap.

As an active worship leader, he knows the pressure of Sunday mornings, the chaos of midweek rehearsals, and the joy of getting it right. He listens first, speaks your language, and helps connect the dots between what your team dreams of and what's actually possible.

CJ keeps the Cleartone machine running smoothly, whether it's crafting killer mixes from scratch or creating systems that help churches sound their best online. He connects the dots, solves the puzzle, and clears the clutter so the mission stays front and center.

Jill makes sure everything behind the scenes just works, from onboarding new team members to managing the books. She's all about people, precision, and making sure the team has what it needs to thrive (with a spreadsheet never too far away).

When it has to sound great, Ryan's the one. With Grammy-level ears and install-level chops, he bridges the gap between art and execution. He leads the way on mix quality, engineering standards, and those subtle tweaks that make all the difference.
Most of us came up in church production, and the rest of us have spent our careers around it. Either way the goal is the same: leave your team more capable than we found them.
